The Agentic Review

Aligned puts its Seller Agent inside the deal workspace, not next to it

The AI Deal Workspace vendor says its new agent, in beta today across all plans, acts on deals instead of answering questions about them — collapsing roughly 40 minutes of post-call admin into about a minute.

Aligned launched its Seller Agent in beta today, embedded directly inside the shared buyer-seller workspace the New York– and Tel Aviv–based company has been building since it pioneered the Digital Sales Room category. The placement is the entire point. Most sales AI sits adjacent to the deal, asking the rep to feed it context; Aligned’s agent sits in the room where the deal already lives.

“Sales AI can’t actually drive a deal unless it sits inside the deal. Everyone else built AI that talks about deals; we built the one that runs them,” said Gal Aga, co-founder and chief executive. It’s a framing choice as much as a product one, and it draws a line against a cohort of recently funded sales agents that sit next to the small business operator rather than inside the shared buyer surface.

The agent runs on what Aligned calls the Aligned Brain, an intelligence layer that ingests every call, email, CRM update, calendar event and buyer action inside the room. The company claims that produces “19X more deal data than call-recording tools or a CRM alone.” Capabilities split into four modes, Consult, Execute, Automate, Create, plus an MCP client integration for connecting external systems.

Execute is the headline. Aligned says it collapses the roughly 40 minutes of post-call admin that eats a rep’s day into about one minute, with bulk changes gated on human approval. “Forty minutes of work turns into one,” the company’s statement reads.

The market context the launch leans on is familiar: 54% of sellers already use AI agents, yet reps still spend only about 30% of their week actually selling and juggle eight or more tools per deal. The agent is being pitched as the collapse of that stack into the surface where the deal is being worked.

Aligned cites 30% faster sales cycles and 15% higher win rates among enterprise customers including Deel, SimilarWeb and WordPress, though those figures predate Seller Agent. The beta is available across all plans; pricing will be announced when it exits beta, with company-playbook ingestion and further automation planned through Q4 2026.

The pattern worth watching isn’t the agent. It’s where vendors are choosing to put them.
